They're gone out of Roscommon though. They're in Oranmore now.

That's Hilden. Armagh's would be Stationworks (despite a Down postal address), though I'm guessing you're looking for independents only, in which case Armagh doesn't have one.
Tube wrote:Down - Ards Brewing
Whitewater, unless C&C's stake rules them out.
Tube wrote:Fermanagh - Inishmacsaint
Closed now, I think. Sheelin takes its place, if so.
Tube wrote:Galway - Galway Bay
Galway Hooker has been operating in Oranmore longer than Galway Bay has at Ballybrit. Dunno if that affects the rationale, though.
Tube wrote:Mayo - Mescan or West Mayo?
I think Mescan shades this, but wouldn't be 100% on that.
Tube wrote:Offaly - Bo Bristle
Been a while since I've heard of them in the wild. May be out of business.
Tube wrote:Tyrone - Pokertree or Red Hand?
Neither are currently in production, AFAIK. I'm reasonably sure Red Hand was producing beers first, though may not have been licensed.
Tube wrote:Wicklow - Wicklow Brewing Co or Wicklow Wolf?
Wicklow Brewing, I think.

The original owner/brewer sold up in April and wished the "best of luck to the new owners". Aside from one Facebook post there's been no activity though. Still cropping up on Untappd but that could be old stock.

It was yeah. Their address now seems to be listed as a pub in the village too.

Edit: Quare Swally has confirmed that the brewery was moved to Old Pal's Pub and now operates as a brewpub. Think they are now technically called Fermanagh Beer Company too.

By some definitions that doesn't make them independent. Actually if the same rule is to be applied to Carlow (Estrella Galicia), it's also ruled out?

Are they by Revenue rules? They don't appear to be.

Is 59 South building its own brewery, as without CBC, Co Carlow seems to be without?

59 South only contract brewing and have no plans for their own kit, so far.

A few errors on the original list that have been rectified by TheBeerNut and irish_goat.

A full list of the NI breweries can be found on my page.

https://quareswally.wordpress.com/north ... breweries/

Antrim - Hilden 1981
Down - Whitewater 1996 - 25% owned by C&C - independence conversation continues
Fermanagh - Fermanagh Beer Company 2010 (still in production)
Derry - Walled City 2014
Armagh - Station Works 2014 (based on the Armagh side of the river but classed as a Newry premises (Down) and as it's your list, you decide what's independent enough or not)
Tyrone - Baronscourt 2018 (Pokertree and Red Hand have gone)

Derry - Walled City 2014

Northbound definitely a few months ahead of Walled City. Both had their first beers for sale at the Culture Tech craft beer festival in September 2014, although no idea where these were brewed...Northbound got their kit delivered soon after and launched their beers in March. Walled City didn't open their doors til May.
